Dying Sugar Cubes

Please help! I'm making a castle cake and want to use sugar cubes for the tops of the turrets.... how do you dye sugar cubes??? If you can help me out I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Put water in a clean spray/spritz bottle.Dye it an color you want with either food coloring or gel colors..Gentle spritz the cubes flipping each side as they dry.Don't over soak..Allow to dry overnight once you have achieved your desired colors...My mom and I made hundreds for my wedding and set them on a pretty plate on the table centre..Ladies kept taking them and putting them in their purses!!

Or use an airbrush, or the canned airbrush colour from Wilton.

Thanks for the suggestions. It's SO humid these last few days that I was concerned about spraying with water...but the canned spray pain would probably work perfectly!!!! THANKS!!! Why didn't I think of that? lol icon_smile.gif yay.
