I am thinking I want to jump in with airbrushing cakes. Can anyone suggest a moderately priced airbrush and compressor? I found what looks like a good one that is new on Ebay, but thought I best check here to see what it is I need to look for in an airbrush kit.
Thanks so much in advance,
Kirsten
There was a very similar thread to this a few days ago that you might want to do a search on and read...it has a lot of different tips and advice!
HTH!
I just bought one myself and it is a lot of fun and fairly easy to set up and use. I never used an airbrush before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but it was all fairly easy. I just watched a few videos on Youtube about how to get started using an airbrush and also how to properly clean an airbrush. They were both EXTREMELY helpful.
If you go to Amazon and type in: ( CAKE DECORATING AIRBRUSH KIT with 12 Food Colors and Air Compressor ) you will see the exact one I picked up. It was $139, came with 12 bottles of coloring, and of the the things you need to get it up and running. It's been a joy to work with.
