I need some help with this one. I generally dont use a pre-made glue for sticking fondant or gumpaste figures together, I usually use just water or a bit of royal. But i have a delema on my hands. The cake i have to deliver in only a few hours has a sculpted figure of a woman laying on the beach with her head and shoulders off the ground....her head will not stay in place. I have tried to get it to set hard but it wont dry quickly enough and when i take the support away her head just droops back. I hope there is someone out there who can help me and soon. Thanks

Oh no! Too late now I think, but can you shove a toothpick/skewer into her torso so there is enough to go into part of her head (but obviously not through the top)??? in addition to whatever form of glue you use

Try melted chocolate. Let the chocolate cool for about 10 minutes or so before using it so it will dry quickly. Any excess that squeezes out is more easily scraped away after the chocolate sets up. Don't try to wipe it up while it's still in liquid form.

And I agree with lizzycakes. If you can get a toothpick (or partial toothpick) in there, that will help a lot.
