In the process of getting things ready for the new storefront and of course since I will be dealing with the general public instead of friends and family, I am working on my order forms.
I wanted to know if anyone puts "disclaimers" on their party cake order forms like wedding cake contracts have.

I encourage you to have a one-size-fits-all order form. It's cost efficient. You can always skip a space that pertains to weddings for a party cake order.
If you were to have these forms printed at a print shop, let's say they have a 500 sheet min print run requirement. With 2 separate order forms, you have to buy 1000 sheets. With just one order form for all, you only have to buy 500 at a time. cash flow .... storage space ... ease of mind.
keep it simple ... it saves you money.
If something on the form doesn't pertain, just cross it out and put "NA" across it.
