Best Resource To Learn Buttercream Flowers?

Buttercream flowers seem to be a dying art, but I'd like to learn how to do them and do them well. Are there any great instructional books or DVD's out there?

Look for a member on this site BCJean She makes wonderful buttercream flowers and has a DVD.
