You're wellcome, or how about a film clap with details of the baby, due date, expected name (or baby...),
producer (mother's name), director (father's name), take number (baby 1,2 or 3)
add some cartoon figures et voila,a completely new cake

Glitsy booties, pacifier, bottle...covered with gems. Stars (like the walk of fame stars). Maybe a fame letter on each star "W-E-L-c-o-m-e b-a-b-y b-o-y"...or his name.
