Recently I was watching a short video from the ICES convention and I can't remember who I was watching.

She showed a cake that she had done with what looked like blown sugar balls but said they were done with gelatin and a balloon.

Does anyone know how to do this or have information on this? Maybe a you-tube or tutorial?

Thanks,
Carol

The best suggestion is to try again. They really are easy, but you have to pay attention to the tutorial and do what it says. The gelatin sets pretty fast on the 2nd and 3rd coats so it needs to be warm (re heat it) and you can't play with it, just dip and let set up. Good luck!
