I am looking for supply stores in the Calabash/Myrtle Beach area (and as far north as Carolina Beach/Wilmington) or within an hour or so around that area in any direction.

Are there any supply stores or even wholesalers in this area? I am interested in both cake and candy related (especially candy, i.e. boxes, bags, stretch loops for boxes, etc.). Even a really nice paper/supply store that carries packaging options would be a great help!

We had a couple of huge orders that wiped us out this week and the weekend is swamped to and the supply orders I have placed will not be here until late in the week next week.

A friend is headed to this area today through Saturday and can pick up whatever I need to tide me over until my order arrives, and there just aren't a lot of places within driving distance of me unfortunately!

I'm guessing that the best thing to do would be call a bakery in that area and ask them, I am from SC and I haven't seen a lot of people on CC from SC that are active in the forums. Since you need to know today I'd look up a bakery and phone them!

Did you ever happen to find any supply stores in this area? I'm looking as well and it's a dead-end. I'm stuck with ordering online. I'm moving back to the west coast soon, I can't wait, so much more there by way of both clientele and supplies!
