Hi,
I have a wedding coming up in October and its a cupcake tower with
180 cupcakes with roses and orchids and some filler type flowers... white icing)
Her colors are raspberry, a jewel tone purple and a jewel tone green/blue dark teal( lol)
She wants the liners to match, do you know where I can find really nice cupcake liners.. Her cupcakes are all different kinds of chocolate cake..
She doesn't care what the price is ...
I was thinking just a plain black for pictures BUT she wants colored...

The problem is that with chocolate cupcakes, sometimes the design doesn't show that well. You could bake them in plain liners and drop it into one of the designer liners for display.
Or you could try looking for some wrappers that are designed just for display or some of those paper wrappers that look like tissue paper. I think bake it pretty has some examples of all of them.
bellacupcakecouture aslo has some pretty wrappers but not as many colors as bakeitpretty. HTH

They deliver worldwide and the shipping prices are pretty reasonable. You can get them in packs of 50, or 500 if you want them cheaper and also to take advantage of the shipping you are already paying.

I cannot say enough about these cases. They are totally greaseproof so keep their colour and shape perfectly, and they have the kind of shades you are looking for. Also means you don't get greasy rings left behind when someone picks up a cupcake.

They are actually made by an Australian company called Confeta. You could email Confeta (which is what I did and that's how I know these are Confeta ones) and ask for a distributor in Canada, it may work out cheaper for you that way.

I just recently purchased 500 regular size white cupcake liners for $4.20 from WeSellCoffee.com. They have cupcake liners that have 3 different shades of pink. I would say pretty close to rasberry color for $2.99 for 32. They are grease proof, and they claim they are stand alone cups, so you don't need to use muffin pans. There's also a blue stripe for the same price. I was very satisfied with the white ones I purchased. Have you possibly considered using cupcake wrappers? You could probably come closer to her colors that way. If you have the cricut machine, you can make your own. This store also has great prices on Torani Syrups. I use them to flavor either the batter or icing/filling. HTH.

like the others mentioned though, if you bake chocolate cake in the liners, you really won't be able to see the design.

I wouldn't put greaseproof in the search most of them are but just to be sure I usually contact the seller to see, not all sellers put greaseproof in the description and if you do want to buy in bulk some of the sellers will offer a lower price for the more you buy just ask. Also that vikingimporting.com is the same place where you can get some of the liners seen on etsy so if you think you will be buying a lot it might be cheaper to get them from them too.

kileycakes, thanks for the information about the greaseproof liners. My cupcake recipes are very moist and I underbake by a few minutes on purpose. The only 100% reliable liners in that situation have been Reynolds foil. Others that are pricey like sur la table have been good, but limiting in style and quantity. I still may be asking too much of any non-foil liner, but I would like to try.

I purchased some of the "no cupcake pan needed" ones from Sweden and was REALLY disappointed. I bought both cupcakes lines and muffin top ones from the same company. They were decent quality coming out of the package but did not hold shape well at all. IMO, not worth the price tag on them.

I do order a lot of my liners online, but have found reynolds has an entire line of non-fading designs. They are called "stay bright". We have them at one of our local grocers, but I'm sure a larger selection could be found online. I got beautiful black/white damask print ones and solid jewel tones and a few others a while back.

I did some cupcakes for a friend's wedding a couple weeks ago and got some great wrappers at cupcakeswirl. They have some very pretty ones and the delivery was fast.

Along these same lines, how do you keep cupcake liners from wrinkling when you put the batter in? Do I have crappy liners, or am I doing something wrong? When you store liners, do you do anything special to help them keep their shape?

I'm looking for lime green liners has anyone seen any solid ones anywhere? I can find polka dotted ones btu I'd really prefer solid. Thanks

Walmart carried them around Easter...they were a solid lime green, not a pastel or mint but a lime green....I bought a package and used them for grandkid stuff and they held their color well....
