A few picky little things:
Can you make all the pictures the same size?
On the "About Us" page it should read "many flavors and fillings"
There is no link to get back to your home page
Where are you located and/or what area do you serve?
Not a bad start. As a web designer myself, I try to minimize the number of clicks required to get to important content, since many people don't click past the home page. I would advise putting more information on the home page, such as your cake flavors, your contact information (email and phone number), and a few of your best pictures (or a flash-based slideshow) that links to the gallery. Your logo could probably be smaller as well, especially on pages other than the home page.
I would also recommend consolidating the gallery into a single page, and increasing the size of the thumbnail images so you can see more detail.
And don't forget to add Google Analytics code to your page so you can track referring sites.

nice! Congrats on getting permission from the Florida Gators to sell cakes with their likeness. I have had some serious issues with getting Ohio State to let me do that with them. I donated a Brutus the Buckeye cake for Icing Smiles and now everybody wants it! Can't say as I'd really want to do him again, he was a major PITA.
