Just wondering if anyone has used it. I checked the ingredients and it has anhydrous(??) in it, so I skipped over it and thought I would ask if anyone here has ever used it to make MFF, or anything else edible that calls for glycerine? It's the only kind of glycerine I can find where I live. No other brands or anything.

I use this brand of glycerin (although my package looks a lil different so maybe they changed the label design)... Someone here posted that they contacted the company to make sure it was food safe then double checked again and both times the company said that it was in fact food safe.

Have you checked the closest health food store? They often carry glycerine, it is food-safe, all vegetable and cheap as compared to some brand names. My local health food store carries a brand called NOW (this brand sells lots of supplements, essential oils, etc) - I pay $4.49 for a 4 oz bottle and it states right on the label that it is food grade.

Thank you both! Great idea about calling the company. Might check out our health store first...I like any excuse to go in there. icon_smile.gif Thanks again!
