Hey maybe im watching too much TV on cake shows, but when they crumb coat there cakes, the icing looks like it has the consistence of whipped cream , I love the way it goes on the cakes and spreads, Wonder what brands they use, cause it always is in big buckets

I don't know what bc recipe that you use but I use Indydebi's and hers looks very much like the icing that you're talking about. It looks airy and light but smooths perfectly.
