Hello, I told my friend that I'm getting into cake decorating and now she would like me to bake her daughters birthday cake. The theme is Care Bears. Does anyone have any ideas on decorating a care bear cake. I don't want her to regret asking me so I would like one that would look better than a store bought cake. All suggestions will be appreciated.
YOu could do frozen buttercreme tranfes of the them. Do a search for images of carebears on the web and you should get a lot of pictures that will give you ideas.
this is a cute one"

Also look through coloring books, story books, paint by numbers etc... I always search the coloring books section everytime I go to a store that has one! When doing transfers don't forget to print it in mirror image or it will be backwards! Look up free coloring pages on the web & you'll find the one you like! Good luck~
Wilton just came out with a new care bear pan. You could put that onto a sheet cake, and put clouds on the sides of the sheet cake.
Yes..mouse is right!! The new carebear cakepan is now out and is really cute!! You should be able to find it at any Michael's craftstore or Hobby Lobby,Joann's and if not they are on Ebay right now for $10.99 to buy.
Someone also took the stand up bear and turned it into the grumpy care bear for the wilton bear contest that was a couple of years ago. It was the only care bear thing I could find on the wilton website...so far.
