I have a customer who wants a marble cake with a nutty filling. She said it was kind of like a whipped cream mixed with nuts, actually pecans, but wasn't sure what other ingredients are in it. This does not sound appetizing to me so I don't know if/how I could jazz it up a bit. Any ideas or recipes out there? I looked thru the recipe section and saw a butter pecan mousse but it seems too caramely due to the brown sugar. And ideas would be appreciated!
