Hello All,
I was just wondering if there was anyway to get a snow white swiss meringue buttercream. I would like to try out this icing but was worried about not being able to get a pure white. I was told that you need to use white butter. Is there such a thing? If so, where do I get it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to be able to stop using the Wilton shortening based "buttercream" and find something else. I have heard a lot about the swiss meringue and know a lot of very talented cake decorators swear by it.
Thank you in advance,
Heather
