i am new to cake decorating, and i am making my daughters birthday cake for the first time. i am trying to find tips on how to make a figurine from fondant or gumpaste. i attached a picture of the cake i am going for. any tips would be greatly appreciated.

To make figures, kneed some tylose powder into the colored fondant. This will help make the fondant a bit stiffer and easier to work with. Attach any body parts by dampening them with water to help them stick. Good luck!
