yep, never fails!!! i go to bed and get up early to finish them. sometimes sleeping on it makes it go better

Sometimes it helps if you walk away for a few minutes...and if the kids are in bed!

Sometimes I can't even get past the crumb coat w/o slapping myself in the forehead and thinking "and just WHY do I do this??". Funny thing is, I am the same way with my cross stitch!

i just did a cake like that this weekend!! now it ended up half mine no way to salvage the bottom tier!! i wanted to cry and throw the cake against the wall!! atleast the kids are enjoying the just bad looking cake! hehe

I'm glad it's not only me! Now I don't feel so bad!
