Has anyone tried to make a chocolate cake mix using only egg whites. I use Betty Crocker mix and I went to the site and it suggested 2 egg whites for 1 whole egg. I know it works with a white mix using 3 egg whites. Should I use 3 whites or 6? I have a client with egg yolk allergies. Thanks for any help you can give me.

use the 6.

white cake is formulated differently from chocolate.

the chocolate needs the equivalent of 3 whole eggs -- that would be 6 egg whites.
