I live in CA I have just decided to start making a living out of cake baking out of my home instead of just makeing for friends and family, why not right?
How do I get started? Pick a name? What types of business licesnces (if any)? Sellers permit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check out the laws for your state to start with. Everything I have read says you can not have a home based business out of your home in CA.
