Pewter Color

Any thoughts on a pewter color to fondant...I am making a bow for a "gift" cake and color of wedding is pewter (for her shower). i was thinking gray color with luster dust but not sure. thank you!

Try silver highlighter. Hope that helps. Joni

I have silver highlighter ... its too bright in color, its a good true silver, but pewter is typically much darker

There is a pewter luster dust called moonstone. I would make the bow a light gray and then paint it w/ the moonstone luster dust and vodka.

Thank SOOO much for the suggestion. You reminded me that I had bought some a long time ago - and of course forgot I had it! LOL ...I guess this means i officially have too much cake stuff....ooops!
