I use a modified cake recipe that uses 1 1/4 c. water, 1/2 oil, adds an extra egg and a box of pudding. It makes a wonderfully moist cake but I find it too dense for cupcakes.
If I add a box of pudding to my mix , do I still need to adjust liquid amounts? I was going to delete the extra egg hoping that would solve the density issue.
