My daughter was away at horse camp on her 11th birthday (snif snif) so I made her cupcakes and brought them up to her and the other campers. I used my new Cusipro Decorating Pen (review below) for the chocolate art on top. I made mounds cupcakes & red velvet. They all loved them and I thought they turned out great, if I do say so icon_smile.gif

Cusipro Decorating Pen: Works pretty good for writing but not real well for detailed outlining. I wrote them to ask if they would be making a thinner, longer tips for more detailed work. In the mean time I have a glitter glue bottle with a perfect tip, so I washed it out and sterilized it ... works great but only holds about 1 oz so you have to refill it a lot.

so cute!! i'm a horse fan myself so these are right up my alley! I wish I could get a more detailed food grade pen/marker too. It would make things so much easier!

Thanks fellow cupcake & horse person!

If you happen to be near a Hobby Lobby or a scrapbook store, the glitter glue is called Stickles and if you dump the glue and wash it out, the tip is PERFECT for detail work.
