GeminiRJ - I can't wait to see what I come up with either I haven't got a clue what I'm going to do yet!!!

Here's my entry: Gilda (Radner) cookies. As you all know Gilda was well known for her comedy on Saturday Night Live and Second City, but perhaps not as well known is her valiant fight against ovarian cancer which she lost. Gilda did her best to turn her affliction into a positive experience for everyone touched by cancer and that ultimately resulted in the founding of Gilda's Club. It's a very inspirational story and I've admired her both as a comedienne and cancer fighter for many years. These cookies were made from an image of Gilda in her Second City days. Royal Icing with sugar flocking and edible marker facial features.

Oh for goodness sake, I cannot get the picture to upload. I had this problem yesterday as well (as did others here on CC.) Would it be okay if I post it in my photos and put the link here until the problem is fixed?

I'd vote yes, but I'm not the leader of this Cookie Club! I'm dying to see your creation, though!

Well folks it's like this, there's a glitch in the uploading photos system, I cannot upload any pix in any thread or in my photos. When this gets fixed I'll be happy to try reposting. Sorry!

Crap, I've been trying to upload it both here and in my photos all afternoon. No dice!! I can't WAIT until they fix this glitch!

I tried to upload a photo to my photos. message came up...that photograph does not exist (or something like that) in a bold yellow banner.

I double checked that it was what it was and the size was good and all that. I tried again with another image with success. So, I gave the first one another shot...I'll be doggoned...it existed and let me upload it.

As for an idea for this month's theme...I got half of nothin' but I haven't given' up yet.

I hope the glitch is fixed soon. I really want to see the design you came up with, Bobwonderbuns!

Well, it took 21 days, but I finally had an idea. I'm a little slow out of the gate sometimes.

Crud. The photo didn't post. I guess I'll keep trying.

It's still not loading. I'll keep trying...

It may be next year by the time this gets fixed, but whenever this glitch is fixed I will post!! I can't even upload anything into my gallery. Stay tuned...

I have been trying for DAYS to get this picture loaded, but since it is being a butt-head and refuses to load, I have surrendered and posted the picture in my photos. Given the circumstances, I hope that's ok.

Anyway, I did Betsy Ross. I did a book report on her in the 4th grade, and I have been a fan ever since . Here's the link if anyone wants to take a peek.
