I have never attempted anything like this before so pardon my ignorance.

I want to make some chocolate lollipops. I have milk chocolate, molds, sticks, etc. My question is, can I just melt the chocolate and pour it in the molds or do I have to temper it? I bought the chocolate from a candy making supply store, if that matters.

I buy my milk chocolate in wafers (already tempered). Sounds like yours are too, Just melt and pour!
