absolutely yes icon_smile.gif.
i have applied luster dust wet and dry with a brush to modelling chocolate and i have also sprayed it on. it grabs and holds the dust very well.

I am planning on making a pillow cake this week and covering with modeling chocolate. Is it possible to airbrush the modeling chocolate with airbrush food coloring? If not, how do I airbrush using luster dust? Which will give me the best results? Thank you!!

I (sadly) don't have an airbrush. I use the PME spray can of gold lustre and it works wonderfully.
