Well I have been open since May 7th. Things are going pretty well. My CAKE shop sells lots of cookies...lol. Early in the week things tend to be slow with the mad rush for me being Saturday cakes. Not complaining at all. Just wish things could level out...lol (not going to happen). I am trying different things to get customer in the door. Free cupcake on your birthday....every Monday I put a different name on my sidewalk board for a free cupcake, etc. All in all I am loving it. I am running the whole show by myself and am thinking I should close on Mondays just to have a day to run errands during the week. Currently I am open 8-5 M-F and 9-noon Sat.

it never levels out....
i'm closed sunday and monday....1-4 on tuesday(cleaning and taking orders for the weekend)
10-2 wednesday (taking orders for saturday...and half price cupcakes)
10-5 the rest of the week ...of course we get there much earlier than 10.
