So 2 years ago I contacted my town to ask about getting kitchen approval and I was told aboslutely not, the town does not allow that. Well I contacted the DOH to find out info about getting a commercial space licensed and the response I got was all about residential approval?: Basically- if you follow code 820.31 and fed/state guidelines, etc you can get approved? What?? Does anyone in MA have a home kitchen they are approved for and if so what did the home inspection consist of?
