Whip Cream Frosting...do I Dare??

I have an order for a chocolate cake with fresh cream and raspberry filling and whip cream frosting. AND they want to pick it up the day before their party. I do use whip cream aide...but do I dare? They want writing on it, which I have never written on whipped cream, and a beachy theme. I am afraid of putting any shells, sand or anything on top. Thoughts??
Are you using Pastry Pride? or whiped cream? Pastry pride it's ok to write on in or put the sells if you look in my pic most of my cake are made them with Pastry pride frosting and fondant decoracion
wow, your cakes look beautiful witht he pastry pride? what is the taste like? client changed their mind to white choc. ganache, but for future use, i'd love to try.
ALL my cakes are frosted with Pastry Pride. My customers love it. It's not too sweet and you can add any flavoring or powdered sugar to it if you want. And the best part is, it won't melt unless it's sitting directly in the sun.
