Hi all,

I know that its very hard to be patient when you want to know something and Chef J and I have given you 'teasers' on the subject.

Unfortunately, we are both busy Chef's one running a Country Club, running a business and writing a book and the other running a business.

Chef J will get to them ASAP, just be patient and let's give him some breathing space.

Also..Since I'm the only one in my shop, when I get home I am totally whipped and can only think of hitting a hot shower, and relaxing!

But you guys have been wonderful, and will get ALL the tutorials as soon as we can get to them.

Be patient,

and forgive 2 busy Chefs..one busier than the other..lol icon_biggrin.gif
