Ever since really reading through the posts on here, I rarely find myself without an answer to give to my customers, and if I did I know where to come.

Whether its a "Can I get a discount question?", "Can I have your recipe?", or my newest to the collection, "Can you decorate cupcakes I provide?" I'm ready with an answer I feel confident in.

Just wanted to give thanks to those who take the time to answer questions seriously and give constructive criticism.



BTW- I told the lady who would provide the cupcakes, that due to liabilities, I only decorate treats baked by us.

There are posts that I avoid because I wouldn't be able to answer them. But there are times when I have free time and there aren't any new posts to answer that I will go back and read through other posts that I may not have known the answer to or something I may not really be interested in trying at the moment and that information sticks with you and you can always pull it out of your hat later on.

I'm a WMI so I get alot of questions from my students, so I love to be able to draw from other people's real world situations and be able to say I haven't done that but this is what I have read or this is what I have heard about it...

It's like online continuing education for bakers! lol!
