I found a recipe on this site for Blackberry Mousse that I wanted to make. Here is the link to the recipe. http://cakecentral.com/recipes/2913/blackberry-mousse

However, I am a bit confused regarding the gelatine. The recipe calls for 6 pieces of gelatine. I have used gelatine quite a bit, but alway use the Knoxx powdered gelatine. I have heard about sheets of gelatine and found conversion charts for sheets to powedered gelatine. But, I can't figure out what 'pieces' of gelatine are. Does anyone know how much powdered gelatine I should use if the recipe calls for '6 pieces' of gelatine?

Thank you for the help!
