There is a bakery here in Oklahoma called "Ruth's Sweet Justice". A retired judge ownes the bakrey, I heard. But anyways the makes the most WONDERFUL cut-out-cookies. I can't seem to figure the recipe out of what she most put in them. I have never had any other cut-out-cookies that have been as great as these. I am about to the point to mail them out to different people so they can try them & then MAYBE someone else could figure it out. The cookies are "thin & soft/ chewy", you would NOT be able to place them on a "stick". I'm not sure if she uses yellow food coloring. She sells them for $1.00/ cookie. If anyone is interested the phone # is (405) 879-2253. I work at a local hospital and they will order I bet over 1,000 for Christmas and I don't know how she makes all of them. that's why I thought that maybe they were made from a "box" cake mix, but I can't figure it out. Can anyone HELP?? Maybe I could ship you so?? LOL
