hi all! I read on a post on this board that whipped ganache can only sit out at room temp. for 3-5 hours. If I fill my cupcakes with it the day before they're due to be delivered and then they sit out, will they go bad? I'm talking possibly 30-36 hours at room temp.

forgot... the recipe was about a 1:1.5 ratio of cream to white chocolate.
