What Did I Do Wrong W/the Recipe?

I used the recipe below and it is not "doughy" at all? Can someone help?

Do you mean it's too crumbly, that it didn't hold together so you could roll it out? It could be that your proportion of wet to dry ingredients was off.

I have found that there can be a huge variation in the amount of flour you actually get in your measuring cup depending on if you scoop it out of the container with your cup, or spoon it in, even how settled the flour is in the container you are scooping from. So, I weigh my flour for cookie dough to get consistent results.

I've never had a problem with this recipe--ever! Maybe you thought you put in the eggs-- or maybe heaped the flour? Just guessing. I'm not sure what you mean by "not doughy".. were they too soft, like batter, or crumbly and dry?

Thank you both for your help. I found the problem... it was the baker! :} I put in to much flour and to much baking soda. Once I realized it I went and did another batch and it turned our GREAT!!
