I hope she doesn't mind but I asked luvbuttercream for her recipe and asked if she's ever substituted butter for the shortening and done an all butter version and she said yes, so I tried it! It's delicious! :] Seriously I loved it, it does crust it just takes a little while longer to crust then Indy's does! I used the piping up and down the sides method that tutugirl made a post about and I loved that method as well! icon_biggrin.gif All kinds of new things for me today. I still love Indy's but I needed to find one that was all butter and MAN is this it! :] (Although, my BC did get pretty slippy and slidey under the fondant, so if you need it to hold up in heat I'm sure it is great with the shortening too! But I knew that it would probably get melty I just wanted to do a taste. Anyway her recipe is in the recipe section, it uses french vanilla coffee creamer instead of vanilla extract, LOVE it.
