When stacking cakes, what do you suggest to use between the cakeboard and the cake to keep the icing from sticking to the cakeboard? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Whether it's buttercream or fondant I use a piece of wax paper. I cut it just a tiny bit smaller than the cake that's going to be sitting on it. When you take the cake apart to cut it looks clean and untouched.

I do what mamawrobin does, but I use parchment paper...I love that stuff
