Good Morning everyone! Does anyone have a good recipe for cheesecake filling for cake. I want to do a layer of cheesecake filling and a layer of raspberry filling in the WASC I'm doing this weekend. Should I maybe just use cream cheese icing? Any advice would be great. Thank you in advance!

Your cream cheese icing would be great but will it be too sweet? Does Jello still make the cream cheese pudding. I've used pudding before, with half the milk.

Good Idea!! I was thinking maybe a no bake cheesecake from Jello. Not sure if a dam would hold it in though.

I've never had it, but Philly sells a no-bake cheesecake filling in tubs int he refrigerated section of the supermarket. That might work.

I actually bake a crustless cheesecake and use that as the filling for cakes.

Pastry pride with a box of cream cheese jello mixed in is yummy and fluffy.
