I Need Help Asap - Cake Boss Software

OK SO I JUST DOWNLOADED THE CAKE BOSS SOFTWARE.
AT FIRST I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM DOWNLOADING IT.
IT FINALLY DOWNLOADED IT AND ASKED ME TO REBOOT MY COMPUTER.
I DID SO AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO OPEN MY COMPUTER IT OPENED IT AS A "TEMPORARY PROFILE" (WHERE U SELECT MAIN USER, GUEST AND OTHER USERS) AND WHEN IT OPENED IT EVERYTHING ON MY COMPUTER WAS DELETED. I MEAN EVERYTHING. NO SOFTWARE, NO PHOTOS, NO DOCUMENT... NOTHING. PLEASE HELP!!! HAS ANYONE EVERY HAD THIS PROBLEM? HOW CAN I FIX IT? I EMAILED THE WEBSITE BUT I CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO WRITE BACK. MY COMPUTER HAS IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND I NEED IT NOW... PLEASE PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU

i can't help with that, but i would also send KelleyM a PM through cake central (she is the creator of CakeBoss and is a member on the boards)

So sorry this happpened, hopefully everything is there somewhere.

Sounds like you have a virus that has nothing to do with CB, just a coincidence that it happened during that download. The virus might be why you were having trouble downloading it. Kelley should chime in here soon or PM you. She won't leave you hanging.
