has everyone noticed that the 2 brands are very different in weight? Does this make alot of difference when adding to cake mix?

It seems all cake mix brands weigh approximately the same; however, the batter yield varies by brand and cake flavor.

After checking Royal & Jello pudding mixes, it seems they vary a bit by weight - but they all yield the same amount of pudding (four 1/2 cup servings) when reconstituted according to directions.

I think it would be great if the cake mixes varied by weight, but the batter yield were the same for all brands/flavors!
