I am in need of advice with a cake I'm making. I made a lemon cake, and want to fill it with raspberry puree and white chocolate ganache. What would be the best way of doing this? Should I put the raspberry puree between one layer, and the ganache between the other one? Or can I put both in between the same layer? TIA!
I think you could do it separately or together but I thinks that putting a layer of ganache and then the raspberry on top would be good. That way you could get the combination in a single bite. It's up to you but it sounds really good either way.

I have done a dark chocolate ganache with raspberrry both on many cakes. I put the ganache on first, then the raspberry filling. YUMMMM, and it is visually pleasing too!
Awesome! Thank you both so much When I thought about it, that made a lot of logical sense to do it that way- but it helps to have confirmation! Loucinda, glad to know you've done something like this before and it worked well! Thanks again guys!
you can also stripe it. I did a raspberry and bavarian creme and i just put each in a bag with a larger round tip and did one row raspberry then one row bavarian creme, it took a little longer, but it looked pretty cool when it was cut too.
