I have never heard o whip'n ice but if it is similar to Frostin' Pride, Pastry Pride or Rich's Bettercream , I get those at Smart & Final. Not sure if they have a Smart & Final where you live.

It depend where you live I found it in a mexican store in a town close where I live, I like better pastry pride premium, than frosting pride, bettercream or whip n ice but whip n ice is cheaper and it has good flavor too.

this is the product i just tried yesterday.had never tried whipped cream for one of my cake's,always used regular buttercream. my son decided he doesn't like buttercream because its too sweet. icon_surprised.gif so i bought this from a cake supply store to try it out. my two son's,my husband and a taste tester freind likes it better than buttercream now! huh!? well it easy to make, but cant smooth like buttercream,so thats going to be fustrating me now! no matter how hard i tried,i kept seeing the spatula lines, guess i have to keep practicing, but my husband thought i had used the regular buttercream when he saw the cake,so i guess i wasn't that bad. it does taste good though!!

My mom is the same. she doesn't like regular buttercream either. there are some good recipes on here in another thread about Bettercream for ways to make better flavors. I add instant pudding mix to it and it is great. It is also good for making cookie sandwiches and whoopie pies. you can add all kinds of stuff to it , chocolate chips , crushed up candy bars , crushed cookies, then use it as a filling for your cookies , cupcakes or cakes.
