How To Make A Continuous Border On The Cricut Cake

Man-- I am so tired from working on this cake. Could anyone tell me how to make a continuous border on the Cricut? I just can't seem to get it.
Thanks!
Melissa
I know you can weld a continuous border with a gypsy to be cut on the cricut. I don't know if you can do that is design studio, or one of the other programs out there, as i don't have any experience with any of those programs.
Do you have any kind of design program that will work with the Cricut? Sure Cuts A Lot or Make the cut?
What have you been trying? What size mat do you have?
What kind of border are you trying to cut?
I am trying to cut the one pictured omn the Cake Basics box, about 1 1/2 high. I am using the 12 x 12 mat.
I am attaching a link to a page on the Cricut web site which details how to do the cake on the cover of the Cake Basics cartridge:http://www.cricut.com/projects/?prj=966.
The instructions say to cut the border in 2" increments. Looking at the photo you can see that the flowers are used to cover the edges of each border section.
If you have Cricut DesignStudio you can take that border design and attach multiples together and join them to make one long border (can't be more than 12" long due to the size of the mat. If you had one of the 12" x 24" mats, you could cut a design as long as 24".)
Hope that will help
Yes, I can tell what they did now. They did put flowers to cover the seams. I tried everything and I am pressed for time as the cake is due tomorrow. I finally did something else and it's fine. I really wasn't planning on using my machine because of the time factor but you know how that goes! ))
Thank you all for your help.
Melissa
