I'm make 3 cakes today, so that I can decorate the 3 tier cake tomorrow afternoon. How do I store these cakes so that they'll be fresh for tomorrow
?? Do I have to freeze? or just wrap with ceran wrap?

I always wrap and freeze..found it makes the cake more moist. Don't put them in the fridge, even wrapped the fridge leeches out moisture. You CAN go ahead and fill and crumbcoat and let it set up till tomorrow on your counter. The crumbcoat will keep in the filling and this gives your cakes time to really settle thus preventing buldges and blowouts with fondant. HTH. Cat
