Hey Guys!

I have been making cakes for a little while now and i just became good enough to level up (i'd say i am at level 2 now) and buy more pricey 'cake toys'. Until recently i just had all the stuff they sell at Michaels.

I just bought a Pasta Machine, a Airbrush Machine and an Agbay! I am so excited.

I only have 250$ left over (the agbay was expensive but boy was it worth it! ) I want to invest in some good cake decorating tools, so my question is what do you experienced cake decorators have that you just cannot live without?? I just barley started my hand in making Gumpaste and fondant flowers. so i have no cutters, just the basic 20 piece tool set to form flowers.

I was thinking of getting some squared off pans (mines are bull nosed) but i am not sure that it is worth it!

Please give me suggestions if you can!

everyone have a wonderful day: )

WOW - what a dilemma! Square pans are always a good choice, and you can never have enough cutters, or vieners. This would be a hard decision for me! Good Luck and have fun!

Well, I'd get a few sets of SPS to have on hand. I've quit making flowers as I buy them all now. Cheap and easy and they look fab. Maybe some organizational materials? A subscription to the CC magazine?
