I have 3 completely different 12 cup cupcake / muffin pans. It's making me a little crazy because they don't match, aren't the same size, and one of them is about to kick the bucket. I was wondering if I should upgrade to a 24 cup pan. Is that what the pros use? Will it still perform well in a typical home oven? Or will it suffer uneven baking? My oven has a pretty consistent temperature in most areas.

I adore my 24 cup pan. It fits perfectly in my home ovens.
I find that it bakes as evenly as my 12 cup pans. I usually like to turn it for the last 2 minutes, or so, of baking time.

No, sorry. I don't know the brand. It's a nice weight dark non-stick pan. Doesn't warp when it gets hot and it cleans up like a dream.
