Ck Icing Fruit Vs Henry & Henry Pastry Filling

Are they the same??? I don't really like Henry & Henry pastry filling and wondering if I can use CK icing fruit straight for cake filling. Anyone please help!!! Thank you.
You could use the icing fruit, it's pretty concentrated though and pretty pricy to use as a straight filling, perhaps a very thin layer or so OR mix it into bc.
Yeah you're right Toptier, I've just notice that the CK only 10oz compare to H&H 2lb. Might be I'll try Dawn Food pastry filling instead, I heard that they're good.
The icing fruits are highly concentrated and meant to flavor batters, icings, puddings, etc.
They aren't intended for use as fillings by themselves.
They do create wonderful flavord buttercreams. The raspberry is to die for--I only wish it was seedless..............

Thanks a lot Rae! I cannot wait to try the icing fruits to flavor my buttercream, sound yummy.
She means that the jars of icing fruit from CK are 10oz. vs. the sleeves of H&H that are 2lb.
The icing fruits and sleeve fillings ARE NOT THE SAME THING and are not intended for the same purpose.
