I am hoping for some advice from those of you that are home bakers in NH. What are the guidelines I need know before I call for an appointment?

I am in the process of getting my homestead license and I have been able to work through most of the steps on my own. I am now at the point where I need to have an inspector come to my home. I would like advice on what I need to know before he comes.
