Let me explain what I mean!
I've heard that you can make the opened book cake without using the book pan.

I was told that you can just use a sheet pan, cut of the ends on an angle and use that for the hump in the middle.

Can anyone give me some more info on this or even pictures so I can have a better idea of how this will work??

Here's what you do.... lay an open book flat on the table and carve your cake as close to the shape of the open book as you can.
