I have been decorating for a long time but oddly enough have never done gumpaste flowers. I have to make a cake next week for my friend's mother who loves Gladiolas. I would prefer to make them rather than use real flowers. Any tips? Also wondering how to make them look two toned (darker edges)? Help!
