Bakery Owners What Do You Have In Your Store/case?

I have decided to expand from just custom cakes into carrying some items in the store. I was also able to obtain a refrigerated bakery case so I would like to carry some items in there as well. With summer here I have alot of foot traffic (and I am right on our town river boardwalk). Looking for your ideas and thoughts. Thanks!
When I was working as a baker for a deli, we carried a few different cookies, brownies and rice crispy treats in jars on top of the case. In the case, we would have some pre-packaged slices of cake ready to go, as well as pie. We also kept cupcakes, both regular size and minis, for quick servings. We kept different bars as well, like a seven layer bars and lemon bars, as well as anything that was seasonal. Hope that gives you some ideas.
I agree with cakemom42, try to differentiate from other bakeries in your town. Besides cake balls, how about oreo truffles, chocolate covered oreos (as you can see I love oreos) The good thing about the chocolate covered oreos is that they have a long shelf life.
With all the foot traffic of the boardwalk, I would do some easy to eat grab and go items. Something on a stick that people could walk and shop or whatever without having messy fingers. You could do cheesecake on a stick and have it in the refridge case. Or Key lime pie..mmm. That would be yummy and cold for summer.
